The following are the terms and conditions governing
the hire of the Recording Studio at Catalyst Studios.

Hire of Recording Studio (Engineer supplied by us)
. General
Terms and Conditions Apply
Hire of Recording Studio (Engineer not supplied by us)
. Familiarisation of the equipment will be supplied by us.
. If this
is declined then we have no way of judging the competency of the engineer supplied by the customer or the customer himself.
In this case the session will be cancelled and a fee of £50 per day booked will apply.

If as a result of the familiarisation we deem that the supplied engineer is not a suitably qualified or competent person,
then the session will be cancelled and a fee of £50 per booked day will apply.
. Damage
arising from misuse will be charged.
. The customer must sign in advance that these conditions
are acceptable.
General
. The possession and taking
of drugs is strictly forbidden.
. To comply with fire regulations we are obliged to know how many people are on
the premises at all times.
. Details of the fire alarm system and the evacuation procedures are displayed in each
studio and in the public areas.
. If a session is terminated as a result of the breaking of these terms and conditions
then the fee is non refundable.
